We have our son's birthday every year at Shakey's here in Carson they are very attentive polite very clean organize and very helpful thank you for always having us we enjoy my son loves having his birthday here thank you to all the staff 👍😊
What was the manager's name for the morning shift ⁉️ and Claudia was very helpful and attentive 2 our guest as well as the manager thank you all again 😁🤲

One of my favorite place to go when kids are off from school. Food is warm, taste great and they are always attentive to make sure food is not running low during lunch time. Today I had an issue, my son dropped his game card in between a consoles door, this card he has been using for months and recharge it every time we go. The card was just recharge and had lots of tickets left from previous times. The manager and 2 other staff did everything they could to get it back. I live around other 2 Shakeys, but prefer to drive a little further to this one who staff are friendly.

Had a great experience while out taking out our coworker on his last day.
Claudia’s service was exceptional! She was on top of it from the very beginning.

Reserved space for a celebration. Arrived and no reserved space available. Wait time from food order to table delivery was longer than average. Beverage dispenser was low on carbonation and was not fixed for almost an hour.
Employees were nice, place was clean, food tasted great. Unfortunately, did not get a full satisfactory package on our night's visit. Felt like there may have been some issues we weren't aware of. Maybe missing employees/cooks? I don't know.

Susana was awesome on customer service and overall service. Food was hot and fast. The salad bar was full and clean. Other employees were great. The restaurant was clean. Great place to watch the different sports games. With the family or just friends
