They were able to respond quickly to a wastewater backup and identify the location and cause. They removed the "jump" in the sewer line that allowed backups to build and installed a 2-way cleanout to allow preventive maintenance.

These guys are the best! I really trust them! They've come out several times because I have an old house. My hot water heater cracked last weekend and Jose came that Sunday to see if he could fix it. It was obvious I'd need a new one. But my house is due for demolition in a few months, so Jose bought a used water heater that should last 6-12 months, which saved me a lot of $$$s. Installation was very reasonable, and he didn't charge extra for it being on a Sunday!
All the plumbers from this company discuss and explain everything to me. They take my special circumstances into consideration (house will be demolished in 3 months). They're on time, professional, polite, and leave everything clean afterwards. I've used several other plumbers (old house) and they didn't come near to these guys!

Best contractor! I use them on a commercial/light industrial basis. They are amazing! Always on time, arrival and project completion. They go the extra extra mile to make sure my facility is taken care of. They are always my first and last call! No need for another contractor for our plumbing/compressor air needs. They are the best! Joel is the best technician and ALWAYS communicates and meets our needs, planned and emergency! You can't go wrong with Castaneda's 24/7 Plumbing!

Jose moved a gas line to accommodate a new range. He was friendly and professional. He was able to come by and give me a quote the very same day. He went above and beyond to make sure it worked and looked perfect. I will definitely use his company for any future plumbing needs.
